I am a senior public policy and Spanish studies double major at the University of Delaware. Four years ago, I decided to join the Community Engagement Scholars Program in the hopes that it would help me to stay connected to my community and service throughout college. I found this to be a vital part of my education that allowed me to expand my learning beyond the classroom and helped me to connect my passion for both direct services and upstream interventions. Through my participation, my love for Delaware grew, as did my knowledge of the policy sphere. I look forward to continuing this growth in the University of Delaware’s Master of Public Administration Program this spring.
